Mental Health First Aid Registration - April 6th

Vista Grande UCC is partnering with Diversus Health to bring a Mental Health First Aid training to our community free of charge! Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect

them to the appropriate care. Who should take it? Community members, employers, HR specialists, hospital staff, first responders, faith leaders and other caring individuals.

This is an all-day training from 8:30-5pm on Saturday, April 6th. Lunch will be provided.

Please Note: there will be about fifteen minutes of pre-work to complete before the training.
