Thank you for applying for a donation with us.  GroundUp Restaurants, which includes Honest Abe's, Stauffer's Cafe & Pie Shoppe, Sasquatch Bakery, and Vic's Pizza, is committed to our customers, our team members, and our community.  GroundUp Restaurants strives to play an active, positive role in our community.  We make donations of discounted meals and gift cards to some of the vital local non-profit groups in our community.  We get a lot of donation requests and do our best to do everything we can to help.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all of the requests we receive.  By completing this form, it will help us to understand your organization and your needs.  If your non-profit organization is interested in such a donation, please fill out this form.  This form must be filled out in it's entirety at least 4 weeks prior to your event or your event deadline to be considered.
