2024 CD*NY Playford Ball Registration
Please fill out this form with your name, address and number of dancers. After you have filled out the form,  click SUBMIT and you will be taken to a page where you can pay online. If you prefer not to pay online, print out the registration form on our Ball page and mail it along with a check to the registrar. Registration by mail with payment by check is not subject to any service fees.

Please consider a donation as the admission fees do not cover the full expense of the Ball. You will have an option at the bottom of the form to add a donation to your registration.

Regular dancers are $40 each for admission plus a service fee. Full time student dancers are $22 each. Check all that apply.  Full time students should send a photo of their valid student ID to the Ball registrar: cdnyreg@gmail.com.

The service fee covers the extra charges we pay to the payment integrator and to PayPal to host the transaction. This fee is waived for registration by mail with payment by check and for full time student attendees.

Ball Music Purchase

A recording of all the dances at the Ball. It will be available as a download or as a CD. CDs can be picked up at our regular Tuesday dance or can be mailed to the address above for an extra $4 for packaging and postage.

A download link will be emailed to the above address when it is available.

The recordings will be available in late February 2024.

CONTRIBUTIONS to the Playford Ball Fund are crucial for the success of this event. We have not raised the admission fees in many years. Admission fees do not cover the costs. Please consider a generous contribution to support this lovely tradition.
