-Please complete the form below for your current teaching assignment.

- Class size refers to all students on your current PowerTeacher class list, regardless of attendance patterns.

- Refer to the class size chart below to determine if the class is over-sized.

- Identify all courses or periods from your timetable, including non-classroom assignments such as Library, Guidance, Academic Resource, Site Administration, Dept. Head release, Student Success, E-learning courses etc.

-Credit Recovery is defined as students working to achieve credits already attempted and failed.

- Special Education teachers in small class placements should identify the class designation according to the list on the class size chart. Example: Modified, SLC, SSP, PLP etc. [NOTE: SED 101 is not a course code.] Please enter AR for Academic Resource Periods.

- Grade 9 de-streamed math, MTH1W1, has no agreed upon class size maximum. The Board has determined a class size maximum of 27.
