Thank you for your interest in private yoga sessions with Wild Wolf Movement.

Sessions are offered online in blocks of 6 x 1 hour classes to give you chance to establish a routine and see the benefits and effects of your practice. Each session is tailored completely to your preferences and can combine elements of: asana (physical postures and movement) pranayama (breathwork) dhyana (meditation) dharana (focus, mindset).

What's Included

~ Initial consultation call
~ 6 x live 1 hour sessions conducted over zoom tailored to your needs
~ Access to class replay to re-watch and use between live sessions
~ Follow up emails with 'homework' between sessions if desired

Investment

£250 for a 6 session block - 6 x 1 hour sessions (valid for 4 months) - payable in full upon booking.

Where a movement or class is beyond your experience or ability, feels too difficult for you, or you experience any discomfort, please do not continue the movement or class. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Wild Wolf Movement from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Wild Wolf Movement's negligence. Terms and conditions: one to one packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase (unless agreed otherwise), after which any remaining sessions will expire. Sessions will be conducted at the agreed times/dates ~ WWM operates a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given WWM reserves the right to redeem the session from your package. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session this will also be deemed as a 'no show' and the session deducted from your package & if you arrive late the scheduled end time will not change. Invoices need to be paid in advance for services to commence, and WWM operates a no refund policy.
