Farm owners who own farmland that is permanently preserved in the Delaware Aglands Preservation Program may use this form to request a sign for their farm lane, designating their farm as permanently preserved.

Note: If you own more than one preserved farm, please fill out this form once for each sign requested.

Note: If the requests exceed the number of signs available, you will be placed on a waitlist. Please be patient and wait for a DDA representative to contact you to pick up your sign. Pickup will be at the Department of Agriculture.
