1. Filling of of this form does not ensure your participation in KAOS
2. Our validation team, after verifying the details given by you will share a payment link. The link will be active for 7 days.
     You have to action payment within the time frame.
3. After successful payment, if our team finds any discrepancy in the details shared by you, HBC is at liberty to disqualify
    you from participating in KAOS.
4. Once the payment is made, it is explicitly understood that you have read and  are fully aware of the risks involved in
    participating in KAOS
5. Participation confirmation is at the discretion of HBC and organisers of the event. Preference will be given to members
    of the HBC, fitness level of the individual, cycling experience, date of filling of EoI form, in the order.
6. This is a cycling tour.  Under any circumstances non-riders will not be allowed to participate in the event. Family
     members, close relatives, friends of the riders will not be allowed to stay or travel along with the rider.
7. All riders/participants compulsorily must ride on bicycle. Participation on motorcycle, scooters, electric cycle, is not
     permitted.
8. All decisions regarding the route and event will be taken by HBC and the organisers
