This form asks for your email so you may receive updates on your application. DDE does not use your email for anything other than application results.

We ask for your Discord username so we may add you to our community. Once your form is complete, it will be sent to the Deep Dark Council for review (keep an eye out for pending friend requests!)

Please read all questions as they are required for acceptance into DDE. If you feel you should deny any concepts within this application, please explain why and your application will be reviewed by the Deep Dark Council.

While DDE does it's best to keep everyone's information secure, it is ultimately up to the individual to follow good internet safety guidelines when online with other individuals (see the rules tab in Discord for more). Do you agree? *
