เนื่องจากหอสมุดและคลังความรู้มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ปรับวิธีการเข้าใช้ฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ทั้งจากภายในมหาวิทยาลัย (LAN และ MU-wifi) และภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย (VPN) มาเป็นการใช้งานผ่านระบบ EZproxy เพียงช่องทางเดียว เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2564 เป็นต้นไป หากท่านพบปัญหาการเข้าใช้งานท่านแจ้งผ่านแบบฟอร์มนี้
