HoTPCA Small Grants Application Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for an HoTPCA small grant!

Please read our Grants Program Description and Overview, Apply for a Grant instructions, and the information below completing your application.

Please note that current Peace Corps Volunteers should not fill out this form. If you are a current PCV, please submit an application to the Peace Corps Partnership Program in order to be considered for a small grant from HoTPCA. (complete instructions can be found on our website - Apply for A Grant: Category A).

HoTPCA Members, Central Texas based Returned Peace Corps Volunteers, and central Texas based 501(c)3 or NGOs (with a Board of Directors who will administer the funds) may use this form to apply for grant funding to support the following projects:

  • A project in your country of service through an NGO or Friends program
  • A project in our local Central Texas community

Applications may be submitted at any time during the year on a rolling basis. Projects must align with the Peace Corps spirit and goals and meet our grant and selection criteria.

The prospective project will be evaluated by the HoTPCA Grants Committee for its potential to meet Peace Corps goals by exhibiting as many of the following as possible:
- Be technically and economically feasible.
- Improve the general welfare of the community.
- Ensure that all those actively involved in the project will benefit from the results.
- Address community needs.
- Facilitate the transfer of technology, skills, and knowledge to others.
- Foster self-sufficiency and sustainability.
