The following form is to be submitted in order to reserve the use of the Dwight Schar Performing Arts Center for the 2023-2024 school year. Please do your best to submit the form
at least two weeks prior to your event. Mr. Larrison or Mrs. Ratica will let you know if your request has been approved and put on the DSPAC calendar. There are times in the year when the venue is closed for maintenance or reserved for another event. Best efforts will be made to make each request possible.
Guidelines for using the venue are as follows:
1. Students must be supervised and not be left unattended.
2. Students, teachers, advisors, etc. are not permitted to operated the soundboard or stage lights UNLESS they have been given permission from Mr. Larrison or Mrs. Ratica. This includes turning the sound and light panels on and off.
3. Absolutely NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE other than water is permitted.
4. Do not use the Performing Arts Center for an event or activity without a reservation.
5. Students are NOT supposed to be on the stage unless it is part of the event/activity.
6. Do not rearrange the stage or move drama and music department props or equipment that might be on the stage. Best efforts will be made to have the stage cleared ahead of time.
7. It is not the responsibility for the music department or PAC advisors to set up or clean up chairs, tables, decorations, etc. before or after your event. They are only responsible for music and drama department equipment, lights, sound, curtains, etc.
