TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All completed photographs/video are to be delivered to Ball out 3x3 no later than 7 days after the event date. 2. Photographer/Videographer is working on a voluntary basis and is not due any money in any aspect.
3. Photographs/Videos shall be delivered for free to the Ball out 3x3 via DropBox (jjoseph@ball-out.co.uk) , Wetransfer or another specified online cloud storage system.
4. The Ball out 3x3 shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer/Videographer in obtaining the desired photographs/video, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs/videos at the Photographer’s/Videographers direction;
5. The Photographer/Videographer retains copyright in the photographs/videos, and hereby grants the Ball out 3x3 unlimited rights and access to use or reproduce the photographs/videos.
6. Ball out 3x3 is at no liability to any injury or loss equipment to photographer/videographer whilst at event.
7. Photographer can under no circumstances charge Ball Out 3x3 money for photographs taken at Ball Out 3x3 events.
8. Photographer/Videographer must have own insurance and is solely liable for any lost and damages to own equipment whilst at any of the Ball Out 3x3 events. Applicable Law This contract shall be governed by the laws of the London, England and any applicable national law.
