All canners should be inspected before each use, and gauges tested at least yearly. If you own a canner we can test your gauge for you at the workshop.

NOTE: There are 8 slots available in this session. We will accept 10 RSVPs. If you are RSVP #9 or #10, we will notify you that you are on the waiting list. Should any of the first 8 participants be unable to attend, we will contact you ASAP.
