All products are digital, no shipping and are sent upon completion. After purchase your order will be put into a queue that may take an uncertain amount of time depending on concurrent commissions. You can suggest a limited amount of alternate poses after the preliminary stage. If these are not satisfactory or an entire rework is required then fees will occur. You are entitled to minor changes after color and effects at early stages

You are entitled to a full refund in these cases: 1) Before any preliminary sketches are completed, 2) No work has started within 60 days. You are entitled to a partial refund if progress has been completed but the commission is not fully completed.

Percentages are dependent on work completed and are at the artist's discretion.

The final piece will not be shown until full payment is received, failing to pay it off in 60 days when progress has been made will result in the comm being canceled.
