Social Responsibility Pledge
As we have previously stated, the success of our School Reopening Plan and the health and wellness of our community is dependent upon trust and transparency.  We are relying on the commitment of our families, students and staff to share information and to commit to following the safety protocols and procedures designated by Sacred Heart Academy, the CDC and New York State.

Please carefully review the pledge below and submit it prior to September 8.

I will wear a mask at school and understand that it is a part of the uniform. *
I will wash my hands frequently following posted guidelines, especially before and after eating, and after coughing or sneezing. *
My parent/guardian will monitor my health for COVID-19 symptoms and complete the daily health screening on Anonymous Alerts prior to my arrival at school. *
I will use the thermal temperature scanner when I arrive at SHA each day. *
I will follow the directions of the Department of Health and the CDC regarding testing, screening, and quarantine. *
In keeping with CDC guidelines, if necessary, I will cooperate with contact tracing efforts. *
I will avoid unnecessary travel to places on New York State's list of high-risk areas. *
If I am not feeling well, I will stay home from school. *
