Board of Directors Nomination Form –Candidate for 2021-2022 Term of Office
This form is to be used to submit nominations for the following ISACA-Atlanta Chapter Board of Director positions. Only ISACA Atlanta Chapter Members may submit a nomination.

1.  President
2.  Vice President – Governance
3.  Treasurer

Review the position roles and responsibilities prior to submitting your nominations. In accordance with the Chapter Bylaws, position commitments are for two years. Average weekly time commitment varies between 2 to 6 hours a week to meet position expectations.

Nominees will be required send the election committee a resume and a bio to show qualification, to sign a “Willingness to Serve” and “Conflict of Interest” agreement once nominated. Please review these forms prior to submitting your nomination.
