Fly Girl Collective exists purely to offer an opportunity for like-minded runners to exercise, race and socialise together.

All attendees should consider the group as an informal gathering of people who will run and train together in a loosely structured format.

If you have any medical conditions that could affect you, it’s your responsibility to make the group aware of these.

Fly Girl Collective does not take responsibility for any injury, loss or damage that might arise as a result of participation in activities. Every person attending group events must take full and complete responsibility for their own actions.

All attendees are expected to behave with mutual respect and in a way that does not endanger others or bring Fly Girl Collective into disrepute. Not complying with this may result in termination of membership.

TRAINING

If you feel dizzy, faint or unwell it’s your responsibility to stop exercising and to notify other runners of this.

It’s your decision alone whether or not you are fit and able to run. If you are unsure consult your GP. We recommend that you can run at least a 5k comfortably.

The volunteer leading the session reserves the right to refuse to let you run with the group.
Appropriate clothing and footwear for running must be worn. You should dress appropriately for the weather and for the lighting conditions.

Each runner must accept full and complete liability for their actions.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) COMPLIANCE

When you create a profile to join Fly Girl Collective, you agree to provide sufficient personal information to allow us to contact you. We undertake to safeguard this information and do not make it available to third parties. You consent to this by reading and completing this form.


PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE AGREEMENT

Fly Girl Collective may use photographs of you with or without your name for publicity, advertising, social media or website content relating to the group's activities. You hereby grant Fly Girl Collective, its legal representatives, assignees, and those acting under its authority, the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and/or use, and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures, and the negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital information pertaining to them, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, or in which you may be included in whole or in part, or composite, or distorted in form, or reproductions thereof, in colour or otherwise, "Material" in any media, advertising, or any other lawful purpose.
