Students in Grades K-6 during 2023-2024 school year

3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The first day of the fall program will be August 24, 2023.
Youth will have the opportunity to participate in homework help, recreational games, team building exercises, community service-learning projects, library time, arts & crafts, music and drama activities, science experiments and special field trips all while hanging out the friends and having fun!
The program is housed in the basement of the CCFBank in Mondovi. Hours are 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. On Wednesday early release days, MCYC is open at 3:15pm. The weekly fee is $25 per student. Planned school weeks with less than five days per week will be prorated. The program may be closed any day or time (planned or unplanned) that the Mondovi School District is closed, including snow days, early release (not weekly Wednesdays) or energy related closings. There will be opportunities to MCYC on late starts, early releases, and snow days when staff is available. A $10 per half-hour late fee is assessed when a student remains after 5:30 p.m. The fee must be paid at the time of the parent/guardian arrival. If a student is not picked up one-half hour after the close of the program the stall will contact the Buffalo County Sheriff's Department.
Parents/Guardians will be billed for program based on this contract regardless of attendance. All fees are due the first day of each month, but can be paid more frequently. The first payment is due no later than August 24, 2023. Failure to pay will jeopardize children’s participation in the program.
Afternoon snacks are provided daily.
An additional one per academic year enrollment fee of $10 is required for insurance purposes, and must be paid at the time of enrollment. Please make all checks payable to MCYC. Payment of $35 (equal to one week's fees and enrollment fee) must be returned to MCYC, c/o CCFBank, 203 E Main St., Mondovi, WI 54755 by August 24, 2023. Students are served on a first-enrolled and paid, first served basis. Limited student spots may exist.
