Thank you for your support of the National Scholarship Office (NSO) and of our VCU students and alumni!

You can use this form to recommend a VCU undergraduate or graduate student, or even recent alum, to the NSO. Please fill out as much information as you can, and we will then reach out to the student/alum.

Please consider any student with whom you thoroughly enjoy(ed) working. This does not necessarily mean they have the best GPA or that they earned the best grade in your class. The best scholarship applicants are students who engage with course material, make exciting or unexpected connections, or simply stand out in your mind. Often you will see in these students untapped potential that they may not yet realize in themselves. As you know, many such students at VCU need an extra nudge to even consider themselves as strong candidates for scholarships/awards/grants/etc. Recommending them to the NSO might be just the nudge they need to get them moving in the direction of realizing some of that potential.
