ArtVan invites you to an evening of art expression at OneSixtyFive! Join us for this month’s ArtBar led by ArtVan’s trained facilitators, Jamie Silvestri and Julianna Nelson. All levels of artistry are encouraged. 

ArtBar is similar in design to the "Paint and Cocktail" workshops you may see in Portland and other towns, however, at ArtVan we place the focus on the process of creating art rather than the final product.  ArtBar is a way for us to share with the community what we do as an Art Therapy community based program.  You will be invited to paint your own painting with the guidance of an Art Therapist in a way that is similar to how we invite our program groups to create their work.  Although this is not a therapy group, it is more of an experience of creativity.

ArtBar is a safe, friendly, creative environment to meet ArtVan staff and other attending individuals.  Each ArtBar has a theme, we provide a canvas, paintings, brushes, drawing materials, and any artistic support needed.  Hosted by 165 Park Row, in a space that is social yet intimate, cozy, and FUN!  The ArtBar also serves as a fundraiser for ArtVan to further support our neighborhood work.

$30 per person. All art supplies, light fare, and your first beverage are included in the ticket price. Cash bar available. No outside food or drinks permitted.
