What sort of God did the various biblical writers experience or hope for? How did the concept of God evolve? How (if at all) is the experience of people two to three thousand years ago relevant to us today?

Dave, a member of MLUC, is a semi-retired UU minister, serving, with his wife, the Rev. Kerry Mueller, as the part-time ministers for the UU Fellowship of Pottstown.  Dave is a graduate of Princeton University, the Harvard Law School, and Wesley Theological Seminary.  His major paper as a senior in high school was on the immortality of the soul.
