Ideally, qualified reviewers should have a level of experience equivalent to senior PhD students (i.e. within one or two years of graduation) or above (e.g., postdocs, professors, industry research scientists, etc.), and should have significant publishing experience at ML conferences (at least two accepted papers at NeurIPS or similar top-tier conference).
