The Meetup will take place in Medellín, Colombia on the date April 18, 2020

Due to Coronavirus that has been spreading globally, and due to Google’s policy and our concerns for your health, the only way to attend the meetup is to arrive by car, train or bus - Waze will cover your fuel costs and an additional night, if required.

Waze covers travel expenses to the city of the event and 1 nights stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals/activities. If the travel time requires so, a second night will be given.

Accommodation nights:
Check in: April 17
Check out: April 18

Transportation cost is covered to the city where the meetup is being held, but does not cover the cost of additional transit to the meetup location (taxi, rental car, etc.)  See below for instructions on reimbursements.

Please remember that travel insurance is not included so please make sure you activate your travel insurance policy.
