Welcome to the Club Meeting Statistics and Summary Form! This form is required by the ASB Club Bylaws under Bylaw 2, Paragraph 3 and is to be filled out every time your club holds a meeting. This form will need the following data from each and every one of your club meetings: Meeting date, Meeting Start and End times, Meetings location/platform, and the Total number of attendees.
