The Hardee Help Center's (HHC) Homeless Outreach mission is to compassionately serve the chronically homeless; identifying needs in order to offer services to alleviate the effects of chronic homelessness in Hardee County.

Join other volunteers who are passionate about serving the homeless people in Hardee County. Help prepare supplies, serve lunches, develop relationships, and provide support to homeless people entering into housing and/or job opportunities.
