Customer Success
We (Tapita.io) are looking for 2 full-time Customer Success Jobs, who will be trained to perform multiple types of tasks related to customers and other product-related activities.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS
===
- Training in product knowledge by using Tapita
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat (Zoho Desk + Zoho SaleIQ - training provided)
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions by creating tickets (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams


JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Intermediate to Advanced written English skill
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities


TIME
===
FULL-TIME: 
- Every full time, flexible shifts
- 8 hours work shift Mon-Fri from 00:00 to 24:00. (00:00 - 08:00 || 08:00 - 16:00 || 16:00 - 24:00) GTM+7
------> Your shift will be arranged by team leader
- 5 days/week


SALARY/BENEFITS

- 8,000,000 VND FULL-TIME
