Please fill out the enrollment form only when your family is definite about joining Encore. This helps us prepare and have accurate numbers. Please enroll all your children on one form.
We are a one year program, divided by semesters to make fee payment easier for families. The enrollment form covers both semesters. If your family cannot take part in the spring semester, please communicate with Martha Bachert -
hsmom@sbcglobal.net, or your student's director, so we are aware of the changes in enrollment.
All classes meet on Fridays at First Southern Baptist Church, 4300 W 6th Street, Lawrence, KS.
FALL SEMESTER - Fridays—September 8, 2023-December 8, 2023(Dec 8 recital in evening) NO CLASS ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24
SPRING SEMESTER - Fridays-January 12, 2024 to April 26, 2024 (we have already had several conflicts with recital on 4/26, so I am working on a new date, Mrs. Bernet
). NO CLASSES ON MARCH 29 or APRIL 12.
SEMESTER FEES:
The fees for Encore Groups is $110. per semester. There is a family discount for students from the same family that are enrolled with the same director. Second - fourth student is $85, and $65 for five or more.
The Bitty Beats fee is $100. The family discount does not apply to this class.

*Originally we hoped to have three groups but there wasn't enough enrollment to separate the beginning band and strings. The above times have been changed to reflect what the schedule will most likely be. If there enrollment increases, we will look at adding another group

10:00-10:45am - Encore Singers (K-6th Grade)
*if there is a large enrollment number in Singers Mrs. Bernet will ask parents to rotate in and assist.

Miss B - Bitty Beats meets at 10:00 - 10:30am - 2 1/2 - 6
