We charge you monthly only for our monthly management fee. We do this so you always know exactly how much you have spent specifically on your ads, versus how much your agency (us!) are taking off the top. This is the most transparent way to operate and while it means you will be billed twice, we believe it's the most ethical way to operate!

Our team is New Zealand based and in-house - we don't outsource your work to low cost contractors. Instead we keep our costs as low as we can by keeping meetings to a minimum, however you can expect a simple but informative dashboard report from us each month, and specific commentary on the performance of the account, any trends we have observed amongst your competitors and we'll let you know what our approach is for the following month - feel free to ask any questions you have at this time.

Google Advertising campaigns are run month to month and you will receive your first report from us at the end of your first full calendar month (we don't report on part months). It takes up to 72 hours for Google to deliver monthly data at the end of each month, so expect your monthly reporting to arrive in your inbox around 7-8th of the month.

While we don't have minimum term contracts - so you're free to leave us at anytime - we do recommend a minimum three month period for any Google Advertising approach and we try really hard not to be drawn into "micro analysis" of your account... we do out best work when we analyse month on month results, not day to day results.
