Pixquid Producer Application Form (01/2022)
Thank you for your interest in joining Pixquid. Before you dive in, here's some helpful information to get started:

1. Complete and submit this form for consideration to be a Pixquid producer and to be considered for an ongoing funding and distribution opportunity during our “Filmmakers Only” launch between January 1, 2022 and February 1, 2022. 


2. Once your application is verified and approved, you will shortly receive a self-certified CLEARANCE CHECKLIST and an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). These forms must be completed, signed, and submitted before you receive our contract. After you sign the contract, you will be assigned a “producer” role on Pixquid and you will be able to upload your content directly to the platform. 


3. Currently, we limit your uploads ONE completed project per producer, with one trailer/teaser per project only. 


4. Your project(s) must remain available on Pixquid for a full 90-day period after you sign your contract to be eligible to receive any payments.

5. You warrant that submitted project is/are original and that you have the right to grant all rights in and to such material. In the event the submitted project, in whole or in part, is not original to you, your project will become ineligible for any funding or distribution opportunity offered by Nebula Creatives L3C and Pixquid LLC.

6. During the 3rd and 4th week of the "Filmmakers Only” phase of our launch, you will receive a survey form and/or an invite to a zoom meeting so you can share your experience with us. To continue as a Producer in the Open to the Public of our launch and become eligible for payments and referral bonuses, you must provide feedback through the survey or participation in the zoom meeting.

7. The self-certification clearance checklist is primarily for research and educational purposes. During the Filmmaker Only phase of the launch, content will be removed, or access as a Producer will be denied only if, based on your answers only if by your admission, the Project violates Pixquid’s terms of service. Such violations would include the presence of defamatory material or material that violates a third party’s rights of publicity or privacy, or an admission that you do not have the necessary licenses for stock footage or music. Pixquid may refer to this survey in the future if and when Pixquid curates the content on its platform.

By submitting this form to Pixquid, you certify that all information on this document is true and accurate and you agree that:
*You grant the Pixquid platform a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to distribute and exhibit your project worldwide as video on demand.
*Submission of your project constitutes your representation and warranty that you have all of the rights necessary to distribute the project through exhibition on the Pixquid platform. You further represent and warrant that your project does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights, or defame any third party.

*You agree to indemnify Pixquid LLC, Nebula Creatives L3C, their affiliates, partners, successors, licensees, and assignees, and their respective officers, employees, directors, and agents (collectively "Pixquid") against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from any breach of your representations and warranties in this Agreement. 
*Projects need to have been produced and/or completed between January 2010 and September 2021

*Upon approval and after uploading your project, you may submit a bio and one or more high resolution production stills and/or promotional photos of key project participants. 
Once accepted, projects may not be withdrawn from participation for 90 days. Once withdrawn, the project may not be resubmitted.

*You hereby grant Pixquid the right to utilize up to 60 seconds of the project for promotional purposes, also to use stills, biographical material, names and likenesses from the project for promotional purposes and in the distribution program. 

*You further grant Pixquid the right to provide copies of the project for journalists to review, and to show the project at press screenings, if any, during the promotion.

*Pixquid will use its best efforts to ensure the correct title and credits are listed in the distribution Program, but shall not be held liable for inadvertent errors or omissions.
*You agree that you will submit only Projects that do not violate Pixquid’s content standards, which will be provided to you with your contract.
*Pixquid reserves the right to cancel any film releases and remove any content from the platform any time at their sole discretion.
