Novice - apparel: lifting singlet or shorts, t-shirt, long socks (mandatory for deadlift), sports shoes and / or lifting shoes and / or deadlift slippers. Belts, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, short socks are optional.

Registered - must comply with WP apparel rules. To set records must have been a financial member for a minimum of 6 months (180 days)
