> Our (Ski First Tracks) role is to maintain a register of single skiers who are willing to share a room with another single skier.
> The information on you that is publicly available on our website will not reveal your identity.
> We do not provide a matching service; it is up to you to identify from the information on the website another single skier you may be willing to share with. You must then contact us and we will provide that person with your contact details. We will not provide your contact details to anyone without your express consent.
> If we provide you the contact details of someone who has identified you as a possible room-mate, you are under no obligation to contact them.
> By putting you in touch with another single skier, we are not suggesting, or making any guarantee, that the two of you will be compatible. It is up to the two of you to decide whether or not to share a room.
> We cannot be held liable for any subsequent incompatibility and we will not provide a refund if you are dissatisfied with your choice of room-mate.
