Determination Summer Camp 2020 Registration

Please read ALL of the following information and fill out the form to register your child for summer camp

Campers must be 4 by the first day of their camp week.

Campers who are 10+ may register as campers, or as junior leaders (help with craft, park time, involving campers in activities etc.)

Once this registration is submitted, we will e-mail an invoice with your total and methods of payment. This may take us a few days to get to you, but you will hear from us! If you need to set up a payment plan, please let us know and we're happy to work with you.

Refunds will be issued up until 14 days before camp begins with a $50 admin fee per week. Any requests to withdraw from camp less than 14 days before camp are ineligible for a refund.

Your spot is considered confirmed once you have completed your payment or arranged a payment plan.

Camp packing lists and reminders will be sent 1-2 weeks before camp start date.

Camp drop off is 8:30-9:00am and pick up is 3:30-4:00
Extended care is 7:30-8:30am and 4:00-5:00pm

Camp Pricing

All regular weeks are $169+HST and are 5 days long
Register for 4 or more regular camps -$159+HST/week

Request for Individual days can be made but may not be confirmed until May. They will be assigned on a first come, first served basis - $45+HST

Campers 10+ may register as a Junior Leader at a rate of $50+HST/Week for all weeks EXCEPT Week 6 (Intensive). Junior leaders will take part in their martial arts classes, and assist with crafting/clean up/set ups/guiding play outside.

Please indicate if your child is interested, and which weeks, and we will connect with you to confirm their eligibility.

Junior Leaders (10+) are at the discretion of camp coordinators. For Rainbow Pals, campers must have attended in a prior year. Campers aged 10-12 who have not previously attended Rainbow Pals are welcome to register as campers

Weeks to Note:

Week 1 is comprised of 4 Single Days at $45+hst per day: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 5 is an introduction to camp for 4-7 year olds. There is a half day option (9am-12pm) for $85+hst

Week 6 is a 4 day Intensive for campers 8 and up at $138+HST : Tuesday-Friday NO JUNIOR LEADER OPTION

Week 7 is our LGBTQ2S+ camp for LGBTQ2S+ campers and campers in LGBTQ2S+ families only.

Name Camper Currently Uses:

We understand that not all campers use the name they were born with and want to utilize the name that makes our campers comfortable! This name will appear on all public documents/cubbies/be used by staff until otherwise indicated by the camper.
