Our group of passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionists are committed to help you cultivate an individualized, science-based, weight loss program to guide you towards realizing your weight loss goal. This is an interactive virtual experience that encompasses culturally competent care, tailor-made nutrition menus, online support, grocery tours, and much more!

This is an 8 week virtual program. Throughout your journey with us, you will be meeting or touching base with one of our SmartEater Dietitians / Lifestyle Coach weekly to discuss your goals, progress, and challenges. Each meeting may include interactive activities or topics related to nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle.
