By entering the event you and the group members agree that The Cookham and Maidenhead Arts Trail may use your information solely for the purpose of promoting this event and that only your “public details” will be printed in publicity materials. Public Liability insurance is compulsory. Insurance of your work will be your own responsibility.
1) Venues must be open and stewarded from 10am - 6pm.
2) A place on the Art Trail costs £35 for every individual artist. Your £35 will pay for one photo listing in the brochure and cover all other advertising and organisational costs, including a 2 week group exhibition at Norden Farm. This fee does not cover individual venue hire costs.
3) Applications should be submitted by Friday 31st January 2020.
4) All artists (even if you are part of a group) must send 4 high resolution digital images (at least 1MB) of their work for consideration with their application form by Friday 31st January 2020. Photos should be preferably in landscape format. The committee will decide which photo will be used in the brochure. Photos may be cropped. Please include your name in the jpeg file name when you submit your images. For example 'S Jones - Yellow Gate'. Please submit your images to
