Thank you again for agreeing to support the 2024 Fiesta on the Fairway! Join us on the course and feature your signature small plate menu item and cocktail to market to our executives & pro players. We look forward to having you.

Proceeds from the tournament benefit disadvantaged children across the North Texas region through Pro Players Foundation's programs.

Your marketing opportunity is free. TO SUPPORT PPF AND PROMOTE YOUR RESTAURANT, WE ASK THAT YOU CONTRIBUTE AN EXPERIENTIAL AUCTION ITEM (inclusive dinner at a home or in your restaurant, group dinner, cooking class, etc.) and Swag Bag items (gift certificate or special promotional items etc.) to promote to our 220 players. We will provide a gift salon station for your items that can be staffed with PPF volunteers while you set up at your hole. We will schedule a pre-event site visit with you to walk the hole and confirm your set up plans.
 
Restaurants to be set up on hole by 8 am and break down following close of play (typically between 3 - 3:30 pm). Be sure to bring your crew and join us for the after party!

*PPF to provide one 6 foot table, 2 chairs and sign.

*RESTAURANTS TO PROVIDE:
-An experiential auction item (inclusive dinner at a home or in your restaurant, group dinner, cooking class, etc.)
-Email a high resolution version (.eps preferred)  of your logo to info@proplayersfoundation.com for inclusion on the event signage and marketing materials
-Tent(s)
-Signature "small plate" menu item for 220
-Signature "cocktail" for 220, please remember to bring all of your mixers
-All food prep and service items (silverware, cups, sterno, napkins, plates, chaffing dishes, etc.)- please come prepared with everything you will need
-Optional Swag Bag Items (gift certificate or special promotional items etc.) to promote to our 220 players
-Coolers and ice as needed for your mixers and food service
-Your marketing materials, additional seating, staffing
-Please note: There is NO POWER access on course.
