Friendsgiving Competition Taste Testing
Thank you for considering the opportunity to serve as a Community Chef at the Top Chef Community Chef Competition during the Mission Accomplished Transition Services Friendsgiving Dinner Party on Friday, November 22nd.

ABOUT MISSION ACCOMPLISHED TRANSITION SERVICES:
Mission Accomplished Transition Services is a local community-based organization that provides career education, coaching, mentoring and sponsorship services for un/underemployed rising young professionals and entrepreneurs age 13-35. Through our programs, students receive the necessary guidance and support to help them learn how to navigate the transition from the classroom into the global business world.

ABOUT THE FRIENDSGIVING DINNER PARTY:
The Friendsgiving Dinner Party is a thank you event exclusively for all those who help us sustain our programs - our sponsors, volunteers, students and their families and friends. The event will offer a delicious buffet style dinner, music, raffles, prizes, games and networking among friends.

During the Top Community Chef Competition, 3 local foodies will taste your delicious food then choose a winner. The winner will receive an award, apron naming you the 2019 Top Community Chef, and a quality chef knife set.

TASTE TESTING DETAILS:
Please complete this form to confirm your attendance at the FOUR Taste TestingS. By the end of the taste testing, we will choose FOUR for a total of 4 competitors.

We ask that you bring ONE half pan of macaroni and cheese and ONE half pan of a vegetarian item.

THREE judges will taste a small portion of your food.

During the audition (taste testing) we will ask you to introduce yourself and chef experience in 3 minutes. We encourage you to bring business cards to leave with the taste testers, if you have them. Be prepared to receive feedback in real-time in front of other chefs. Be prepared for photographs, possibly video/social media live. We will provide the small plates, napkins and plastic cutlery.  

TOP CHEF COMPETITION DETAILS:
If you are selected you must be available to bring your food items to the event by 5:00 pm on Friday, November 22nd. The Top Community Chef Competition will take place at 7:15 pm the same evening. Dinner will begin at 6 pm. The Top Chef Competition will take place in front of 75+ community members who have supported Mission Accomplished Transition Services throughout the years. The event may be recorded live on social media. The THREE judges will include local foodies and/or popular chefs from around the Capital Region.  We welcome all competitors to bring their friends and family to this FREE event in support of your craft.
