Step Out & Thrive Client Scholarship Request
This form is for clients who desire to receive ongoing coaching from Bethany. The lowest rate available is $35 per session and seats are available at a first come first serve basis. Regular cost for a normal 1 hour session begins at $100. Most will receive a half-off discount for $50/session. Agreement is that awarded scholarship rate is valid for up to 2 months of sessions. After 2 months, client and coach will renew agreement and client may need to complete this form at that time.
