Terms and conditions

The board will have to share some information with the travel committee so they can book the trip. This will be limited to only the necessary information. Your calling name ('roepnaam'), last name and phone number will be shared with all participants in the information booklet. Pictures will be taken during the trip and you will be added to a WhatsApp group. If you don't want your phone number in the information booklet, have your picture taken or be added to this group, you can let us know by sending an e-mail to travelcie@svesperia.nl.

There are only 40 places available. If you are not among the first 40 people who sign up, you will be put on a waiting list until a place becomes available. The committee will contact you if this is the case.

If you find yourself unable to join, you must let the committee know by sending an e-mail to travelcie@svesperia.nl before the 8th of February '23, 23:59. If you cancel after the given deadline, you will need to find a replacement yourself (in case there is no one on the waiting list). If you fail to find a replacement, the participation fee will still be collected from your bank account.

If you accidentally entered the incorrect official complete name and/or date of birth and if the committee has already informed Transavia and/or the hostel of these, any costs related to name or date changes charged by Transavia and/or the hostel will be yours to pay if they can't be changed for free anymore. Corrections can be mailed to travelcie@svesperia.nl. Esperia cannot be held accountable in case you fail to correct errors in time.

The board and committee are not responsible for any injuries sustained and any actions taken by participants during the trip.
