We're getting the league back together!

Coming this LATE SUMMER / EARLY FALL 2021 (probably the week after labor day)! We won't know the night of the week or the time until we get closer. Last year we were Wednesdays at 6:30pm @ JB's on 41. Fingers crossed for that or similar, but we won't know for awhile.

Submit this form to assemble your team and apply! I say "apply" because obviously space is limited so it's kind of a first-come-first-served for fully formed teams. Last year we had 8-teams, but that could change.

The Team

Each team will have a captain. This is the person who is responsible for managing their team. That could mean finding subs, replacements, logging scores at the end of the night, making sure everyone on the team is paying, and so on. And while we're at it, we might as well assign a "lieutenant" to cover for the captain if they aren't there. Each team will have three adult players of any gender.

We do the vast majority of league communication in a private facebook group. Please confirm that everyone on the team, or at least the team captain, can monitor the facebook group regularly, and relay information to teammates who are not active on facebook. *
