Dear Families, Central Kitsap Food Backpack 4 Kids is a program offered in the Central Kitsap School District for children whose families are in need of food assistance/support. We offer students the opportunity to take home a bag filled with easy-to-prepare nutritious foods and snacks portioned to help feed a family of four for each weekend. If you decide to have your family participate, you will need complete and submit this form. Your child's participation will be kept confidential. Food bags will be available for pick up each Friday beginning in October. Please allow one week for your application to be processed.  If you have any questions, or decide your family no longer needs to participate, please contact the Learning Specialist at your child's school.
