Long-time Director of Planning and Conservation, Richard Harris, has announced his retirement after decades of service to the Town of South Hadley. The Planning Board and the Town's Human Resources Department will be working together in the search and eventual appointment of a new Planning and Conservation Director. As this is a vitally important job to the overall functions  of the Town, the Planning Board wishes to reach out to members of the South Hadley community to understand what skills and attributes the community wishes to see in the new appointee. To help guide the search, the Planning Board asks you, "What interview questions would you like  to ask a prospective candidate for  Director of Planning and Conservation?" All responses from this questionnaire will be forwarded the members of the Planning Board.
