Downtown Business Popup Policies
• All products for sale must follow any applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• All products, info, etc must be family/public friendly. Market management reserves the right to refuse any product, info, etc.
• A $10 administrative fee will be charged and due the morning you are scheduled to attend the Market.
• Please plan to be on-site and set up by 9am and stay until at least 1pm. Set up can begin as early as 6:30am.
• You will be supplied with electricity, a table, and chairs. A 3 compartment sink is close as well. Please bring any other equipment/supplies you may need.
• All equipment/supplies must be removed at the end of the day.
• We encourage repeat visits but can only allow businesses to set up at the Marker once per month.
