Equity Informed Basic Mediation Training Registration
Sunsong K. Firedancer (they/them) and Marita DeLeon (they/them) are certified mediators in Oregon State, and have been facilitating the Equity Informed Mediation Trainings (Basic and Supplemental) for several years. They bring people together to discuss conflict exploration while keeping equity, race and social justice power dynamics at the center of everything. This training is not an Equity 101 course, it is a deepening of equity frameworks with a focus on navigating conflict as a Mediator. At the end of the 40-hour course, you will be a certified mediator in Oregon.
