As part of our district communication plan with our community, photographs or video images of students are taken of students and used for press releases, newsletters, social media, the district website and other forms of communication.  If you choose to NOT have your child photographed or filmed for school communication purposes or news media productions, please fill out the form below.

Parents or eligible students have two weeks from the start of the school year or their enrollment in which to advise the District of their choice to complete the Photograph/Video Opt Out form.

This form applies to the current school year only and must be completed annually.  Some of our students participate in public events (athletics, musical performances, drama performances, etc.) and the district has little or no ability to control photographs or videos taken by other parents, community members or members of the news media.
