Supporting Sustainable Pest Management across NYS – How can we help?

This survey is part of an effort by Cornell Cooperative Extension to assess the pest management needs of the greater NYS urban agriculture community.

Answering these questions is voluntary and will take about 20 minutes. Any questions that are not relevant to your operation can be skipped. Your name and farm information will be kept confidential and added to an aggregate report.

Anonymous results will be shared with extension programs elsewhere in New York, the Northeast and will be available to farmers and service providers.  The final report will be shared with our funder, Northeast SARE, a program funded by the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
