Filling out and submitting this online form will reserve space for you/your group at our indoor worship service at 10 AM on April 18. You are simply reserving your ability to attend this service. You will be free to chose where you sit once you arrive. Our seating will be pre-arranged with ample social distancing in mind. Once we reach capacity, this form will no longer accept responses. We will contact all who make reservations by use of the contact information that you provide below to share with you any specific details that you need to be made aware of. Please know, in advance of making a reservation, that those who attend indoor worship with us should consider themselves to be symptom free and will be required to wear a face covering. Worship will last approximately an hour.
