ENG 003  – Introduction to Engineering Design is a 4-unit communication elective offered to over 190 College of Engineering undergraduates. Student teams diligently apply their engineering design, technology and communication skills to address “problems looking for a solution” on the UC Davis Student Farm.

You are invited to attend the ENG 003 Intro to Engineering Design Fall Showcase on December 11, 2019 at Kemper Hall to show support for students’ work and provide feedback on their communication and design skills.

10:30-10:45 a.m. Evaluators arrive, light refreshments served, orientation with Prof. Mullin
10:45-11:30 a.m. Evaluators interact with student design teams #1-24
11:30-11:40 a.m. Break – evaluators finalize and submit evaluation sheets for session 1
11:40-12:25 p.m. Evaluators interact with student design teams #24-48
12:25-12:30 p.m. Evaluators finalize and submit evaluation sheets for session 2
12:30 p.m. Event ends and evaluators depart

Note: Evaluators will be assigned four teams per session, but are welcome to visit with more as their time allows.
