After School (Pickup/Drop-off) Martial Arts (Capoeira) - 2020 / 2021

Welcome and thank you for your interest in After School Capoeira Martial Arts. Our program is a great way for your child to release extra energy in a safe, fun, healthy, and constructive way. Children have fun learning the unique martial art of Capoeira while developing self-confidence and self-control all within a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.

We offer an exciting alternative to standard after-school care and we pride ourselves on providing a top-quality program where your child will become more fit, focused, disciplined, and self-confident! The children are immersed in a positive environment centered on all the benefits Capoeira has to offer:

Capoeira Activities:
• Capoeira movements & self-defense
• Anti-bullying & confidence-building activities
• Weekly life-skill curriculum
• Beginner Acrobatics: floor and trampoline
• Capoeira Music: learn how to play three different instruments and songs in Portuguese
• Capoeira history & culture activities

After School Capoeira Includes:
o Free Transportation from school to our academy
o Quiet time for homework and reading
o Daily Capoeira class
o Free Extended pickup time until 6:15

PAYMENT PLAN WITH PICK-UP FROM SCHOOL:

FULL-TIME (3-5 days per week): $85 per week (debited on the Friday before each new week)
PART-TIME (2 set days per week): $65 per week (debited on the Friday before each new week)

PAYMENT PLAN WITHOUT PICK-UP FROM SCHOOL:

FULL-TIME (3-5 days per week): $65 per week (debited on the Friday before each new week)
PART-TIME (2 days per week): $50 per week (debited on the Friday before each new week)
PART-TIME (1 day per week): $30 per week (debited on the Friday before each new week)

REGISTRATION FEE:
New students: An $75 registration fee is due on the date of registration for the after-school program. This fee includes an official CBP uniform.

How Do I Enroll?

2. Make your first payment so secure your child's spot

A CBP staff member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your registration, confirm your child's spot in our program, and answer any questions you might have!

COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES

We are implementing these policies as an effort to keep your child, your family, and our staff as safe as possible. These policies are subject to change as we deem fit.

Covid Symptoms: If your child or someone living in your home is displaying COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, they will not be allowed to attend.

Upon Arrival: Students must undergo a temperature check before entering into the pickup vehicle. Students will remove their shoes and put them in a cubby at the entrance. Students will immediately sanitize their hands upon entering with soap and water or hand sanitizer and change out of their school clothes into their Capoeira uniform (please don't allow children to attend school in their capoeira uniform).

Parent Pickup: Parents may pick up their children by pulling up in your car to our walkway or walk up to the building. We will bring your child out once you have arrived. We are limited to the amount of in and out adult traffic. Please do not enter if it is not necessary.

Staff: Staff members will undergo a temperature check upon arrival and utilize face-masks or covers for certain activities when social distancing is not possible.

Sanitation: Staff will be sanitizing high touch surfaces throughout the day.

This registration agreement is executed as of the date registration is submitted, by and between Capoeira Brazilian Pelourinho, Inc, hereinafter referred to as CBP / CBP Martial Arts Academy / CFT, and the Responsible Party/Buyer named as Parent #1 or Parent #2, who has caused his/her signature or digital signature to be affixed hereto.
