Please help us to plan for the upcoming season by completing this form. During meets we will need all parents to help on deck in some capacity. Please complete one form for each volunteer. Older siblings are welcome to volunteer as well!

Occasionally we will have roles that need to be filled during the week or "after hours". If you are able to commit to a few hours "above and beyond" the regular volunteer commitment, please let us know !

Creating and organizing time drop ribbons (requires access to a laser printer)

Organizing Clerk of Course cards (Thursday or Friday night before a meet)

Organizing Lil' Lancers Mini Meets (requires creating ribbons and organizing parents to bring in snacks)

Planning Awards ceremony

Swim - a- Thon committee (create prize baskets for swimmers and solicit families and local business for prizes/gift cards; tally hours and determine age level winners)
