The Old Dovorian Club Register Enrolment Form


Dear Old Dovorian,

As you might be aware, the Old Dovorian Club has started to undertake its first full in-depth review for over a quarter of a century, and in particular the "Old Dovorian Club Register".

As a result, this has identified that there are a number of contact details and names that are either currently missing or are only partly correct within the OD Club register.

It has been also identified that the main area of the Register in which there are inconsistences are those ODs who have left the College since 2000, and in particular within the last 7 years up to and including the present day.

This is in part, where those who have registered on the old "Dover College Alumni platform" and/or on the current "Dover Connect platform" might have thought that they were also being automatically registered on to the "Old Dovorian Club Register", which unfortunately was and is still currently not the case.

Also, in the recent past there have been a number of instances where for whatever reason, names and/or contact details have not been passed onto the OD Club from the College to enable the Club to register those individuals onto the OD Club Register. This has therefore prevented the OD Club from giving them the option to either confirm their registration or to request that their registration be removed.

As a result of the above, if you have not previously been registered onto the OD Club Register, which means that you will need to do this, despite the fact that your parents or guardian on your behalf, may have already opted you into becoming a Life Member of the OD Club and made the payment for your Life Membership to the same via the fees paid to the College as part of the agreement between the OD Club and the College.

By opting in and providing us with your contact details, and thus taking up your life membership of the OD Club, does not require payment of any additional fees from you in your lifetime.

Your parents or guardian have already paid that on your behalf! The membership to you is therefore free.

Therefore, please kindly complete the boxes below if you wish to enjoy lifetime membership of the Old Dovorian Club.
